14-Day Warranty On Defects, Incomplete Orders, Damaged Items or Wrong Items
You have 14 days after receiving your item to inform us of damage or other issues. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with photos if the item is defective, incomplete, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will not be charged for replacement parts or replacement part shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a warranty claim will not be made right.
