5. BassTitán Extra Long Stackable Subwoofer Cable

If your subwoofer has High-level inputs then you can connect it using the speaker binding posts on your main amplifier. This method can provide excellent results by feeding powered subwoofers the exact same sonic signal, timing, and tonal characteristics as the main speakers. This method does not affect the power output of the main amplifier nor alter the sound of the main speakers connected to the main amplifier.

We created BassTitán Extra Long Stackable Subwoofer Cable to connect multiple powered subwoofers to a single pair of speaker binding posts on your main amp. BassTitán cable features Canare 14AWG gauge (14/4) speaker cable made in Japan. BassTitán cable offers a nice list of intuitive solutions for the typical challenges involved with connecting multiple subwoofers.

• Extra long 
  • 25 feet (7.5 meters) to accommodate a wide variety of on-floor and on-wall subwoofer placements.
• Stackable banana connectors
  • Connect multiple (as many as four) powered subwoofers along with a pair of main speakers to the binding posts on your main amp. First plug BassTitán stackable connectors into banana sockets on your amp. Then plug your main speaker cables with bananas into the BassTitán rear banana sockets.
• Locking bananas
  • Further increases the conductive surface area and strenghtens the retention force of the stack. First, unscrew the locking needle from the stackable end. Then, insert into the binding post and finger-tighten.
• Flexible cable with a light-grey cable jacket
  • Bends easily around corners and blends in with a wide variety of room aesthetics.
• Four conductors
  • For clean room aesthetics, we use a single cable with four conductors to make a full-stereo connection (right channel and left channel).
• 14AWG conductors with substantial cotton shielding
  • 14AWG ensures low capacitance and low resistance for optimal signal transfer with extra long cables. Substantial cotton shielding reduces EMI.
• Ferrite clamps
  • A very large ferrite clamp covered in white is installed near the powered subwoofer input to cut out high-frequency noise (RFI) that might be picked up by the cable from nearby devices.
• Opposing wingspans
  • Wide wingspan (20 inches) for the main amp speaker outputs to accommodate widely-spaced binding posts on some amps and dual chassis, bi-amped sound systems.
  • Narrow wingspan (4 inches) for the powered subwoofer inputs.
• Available in bananas or pins
  • Choose bananas for powered subwoofer inputs with binding posts. We use 90-degree bananas for tight connections and reduced cable strain. 
  • Choose pins for powered subwoofer inputs with push button spring terminals.
